This Future Ready Assessment Tool is conducted as part of the Northeast Organizational Development for Empowerment (NoDE) initiative of SeSTA. The purpose of this assessment is to strengthen institutional governance, statutory compliance, operational effectiveness, and organizational capacity of participating institutions through a structured self-assessment framework.
By accessing, completing, and submitting this assessment, the participating organization agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Accuracy of Information
The organization affirms that all information, declarations, and responses provided through
this assessment are true, accurate, complete, and derived from authentic and verifiable
organizational records.
2. Authorized Representation
The individual completing this assessment confirms that they are duly authorized to act on
behalf of the organization and to disclose the required institutional information and
documentation.
3. Purpose Limitation
All information collected will be used strictly and exclusively for assessment, evaluation,
monitoring, reporting, institutional strengthening, and capacity-building activities under the
NoDE initiative. Data shall not be used for any unrelated or commercial purposes.
4. Responsible Data Collection and Processing
Only information necessary and relevant to the assessment objectives will be collected. Data
will be processed in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner and solely for the purposes stated
herein.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All submitted information will be treated as confidential and handled with appropriate
administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access,
disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
Data will not be shared with external or unauthorized parties without prior consent, except
where disclosure is required by law, regulatory authorities, donor compliance requirements, or
official program needs.
6. Verification and Documentation
SeSTA reserves the right to request supporting documents or evidence to validate responses
submitted in the assessment during review, audit, or verification processes.
7. Data Retention and Secure Disposal
Assessment data will be securely stored within the system for a maximum period of one (1) year
from the date of submission. Upon completion of this period, the data will be archived or
permanently deleted from the server in accordance with SeSTA’s data management and privacy
protocols, unless retention is required by applicable legal or compliance obligations.
8. Legal and Policy Compliance
All data handling practices shall be governed by SeSTA’s Data Privacy and Data Protection
Policy and applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the Digital Personal Data
Protection Act, 2023 and relevant Information Technology Rules.
9. Non-Liability
The assessment findings and scores are indicative and intended solely for organizational
learning, planning, and improvement. They shall not be construed as legal certification,
accreditation, or confirmation of statutory compliance.
