Preetisha Singha anchors the Fractional Fundraising Hub (FFRH) and Fundraising, partnerships, and communications teams at SeSTA. Based in Guwahati, she brings together grant development, donor engagement, and strategic storytelling to strengthen resource mobilisation for civil society organisations across Northeast India. Through FFRH, she works closely with a cohort of CSOs across the Northeast, helping them build fundraising capacity, sharpen funder-facing narratives, and access diverse funding streams. She is an Economics graduate from Cotton University and postgraduate in Social Work from Tezpur University.

Raveti Gurung drives facilitation for the Fractional Fundraising Hub (FFRH), working closely with Cohort civil society organizations across Northeast India to strengthen their fundraising capacity and communication practices. A postgraduate in English Literature from DHSK College under Dibrugarh University, she brings a distinctive blend of teaching and community facilitation experience to her role. Through FFRH, Raveti works directly with CSOs on proposal development, donor engagement strategies, and organizational storytelling.

Leeyan Gogoi is an Executive at the Fractional Fundraising Hub (FFRH), working closely with grassroots civil society organisations across Northeast India. She brings together her academic background in Economics and Development Studies with her experience in fundraising, partnerships, and strategic communications. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tezpur College and a Master's degree in Development Studies from IIT Guwahati.
